This is beautiful, Mansi! Having something to look forward to really changes everything. You get a little spring in your step, your energy feels new and alive, and you feel like god's favorite child. It's kind of like falling in love and getting those butterflies—but for yourself and for the things that make you grow.
Thank you Manorma. It feels like yesterday when we used to have conversations like these in fromt lawns of college. I think those really pushed me to think the way I do now. ❤️🥹
I love this concept, Mansi. I write about self-care as a coping mechanism to heal - “because if you don’t take care of yourself, no one will do it for you.”
Thank you Allison. For someone to write about these topics, I know you feel them deeply in your life too. And for you to appreciate my words means the world. 🥹
I appreciate you so much! I hope that we continue to advocate self-care in this chaotic world. Best wishes✨
wow this is exactly what I needed to read right now. I just posted a note saying that I'm pausing my book writing to take care of my health for now. i just had a big exhale, this felt like the permission i needed.
I’m proud of you for taking this difficult decision Elizabeth. I have been giving my Actuarial Exams alongside a full-time job for three years now. 10 exams later, I was preparing to give my 11th and 12th exam in April and burned myself out in the process. Last week I decided to only give one exam. It’s still challenging, but so much better for my mental health.
I hope you get the much needed rest and resume working on your book with fresh energy ✨
My journal entries couldn’t have been more similar to your reflections in recent weeks 💛 seems to be something in the air to get clarity on some aspects of our lives and make some tough but needed decisions

Which honestly, sounds like a great deal!
Absolutely!🥹

A little secret? These are actually my journal entries from January 12, 2025.
I think it's finally time to stop and analyse what we really want, not focus what world wants us to be.
