Great post. Parts of me I left behind - I had this reflection last year and made me realize some elements used to bring me joy that I no longer engaged in. Once I started becoming more in-touch again... more joy arose.
It’s so true. I have felt so drawn to getting touch with the little things that used to bring me joy lately. It’s certainly one of the best ways we can still feel at peace even in the midst of chaos

100%. Oftentimes, we lose touch with our inner child throughout adulthood but when we reconnect, peace and joy are felt once again.
