Thank you so much for the mention. And I really loved his piece. Congratulations on your 100th Journal ✨🙌 it's so inspiring. Journaling is such a major part of my self care and it's lovely to harness that energy with others. 💞
This is timely. I’ve been feeling the pull to journal again. I do morning pages in the morning, but I want to document my day and unpack, as well as get all the benefits you mentioned. Thanks!
I think it will be so good to restart journaling. It really helps me to think creatively and come up with new ideas to write about every week. It hope it helps you do the same. All the best!!
What a beautiful account of the impact of journaling! Especially how it makes you able to listen to your inner self and stop living on autopilot… sadly I think many never question the set out path especially if one never engages with deep reflection such as journaling ❤️
To be honest, with the amount of chaos that exists in the world today, I fail to understand how many people choose to live on autopilot. I too find myself leaning back into the autopilot lifestyle in busy seasons of life like this one. But these little moments that allow me to breathe keep me sane💛
I think with the chaos that we find ourselves in often, it’s so amazing to be able to write everything down and get it out of the system. I’m a huge advocate of journaling!!🌻
Wonderful to read how journaling did so much for you. I started writing a digital diary on my computer in 2017, but the last few years I didn't write that much. I do know it was helpful when I did it, so I try to keep it going. At least, as you also mentioned, it really helps to write down some mental struggles and get a clearer picture of what's going on. And yes, a lot of things are even not worth my time :-)
Okay, I've think you've officially inspired me to journal! I love reading what you've learned, and how you committed to this practice for 100 days! I always feel a bit nervous and intimated by journaling, and my ADHD sometimes makes this feel hard, but I love your quote on it allowing our mind to wander. Mine sure does so many I can harness it in a new way through journaling.
I am so so glad that you have decided to journal. I'm sure it'll be beneficial for your peace, creativity and overall wellbeing. All the best on this journey.
Just treat your journal as your non-judgemental friend. Also, thank you for subscribing🤍
Congratulations on your 100th journal entry. Journaling has been a complete game-changer for me as well. It helps me 'see' myself, gives me a safe space to vent and funnily enough I get advice from the entries as well - as if there's another self writing :) Looking forward to reading more.
I read my old journal entries sometimes to seek advice from my own self. It may seem odd to many but that is the beauty of creating this space via journaling where there is no room for judgement 💛
It's good that journaling has helped you connect with your inner self.
As for your question, I guess my journal entry would be about how I felt about my life in general up to this point, as well as how I'd like it to turn out in the future.

Journaling has changed my life in ways that I could've never imagined. I'm glad that more and more people are leaning towards it🫶🏻

I love journalling. It really gives me clarity and as you say it allows my own voice to come through above the noise of the day.
Yes Wendy!
I am so glad that it helps us feel at peace amidst the chaos.✨
Thank you so much for the mention. And congratulations on your journaling progress.
Thank you Louise!
And thank you for subscribing, really grateful to have you here🫶🏻
Many congratulations on 100th Journey and on rat race I would say “even if someone wins the rat race he/she is still a rat”
Absolutely agreed! 💯
And we don’t want to be a rat. 💪🏻
I also have been journaling since 2022. And I use my journal sort of as a planner too so the organization has been key!
Thanks for sharing Maria!

So true: "There’s something extremely calming about writing your thoughts down on a piece of paper."
Thank you for being here since the beginning Matthew. Really appreciate your comments! ⭐️
And I think writing everything down on a piece of paper has been a saviour especially in tough times!!
