A very important piece, Mansi. We need to find time to be one with ourselves and our surroundings amidst today's busy world.

I’m so glad it resonated. We are often so busy living our lives that we forget how important it is to appreciate the little things - things that make us human. So important to come back to true self in order to feel alive in this chaotic world!

100% agree! it’s so reinvigorating when you finally pause and take a break, especially with how stressful the world is right now!

Can't wait to create more intentional pauses during the day🥹

I totally love the advice to be in solitude. Making a meal or folding the laundry in silence (without a podcast, youtube, music, or a tv show in the background) allows me to be present. And being present has enriched my daily life so much recently. I hear my baby cooing as they play and I wash the dishes. I notice so much more around me!

Oh I love that🥹

Honestly, this is the true meaning of life, isn't it? To enjoy the little things and being where you are. Not in the past. Not in the future.

I think so, I wish I knew that sooner. But remembering my childhood, that’s how I lived.

This came just at the right time as I am very consciously figuring out how to create more space in my life. I feel it all what you said about the rat race 💕

A lovely summary. I love the line “choosing to control my speed on a road that I choose for myself” - this is so much in alignment with my own journey of choosing my own pace, no-one else’s. It’s great to read pieces when other people are following a similar path 💫
