A week from now, I will be able to regain the freedom of my time. These days, I am spending most of my time in isolation, away from the world, studying for my professional degree exams. Shifting from one room to another in the same house for study sessions throughout the day has been my closest encounter with ‘change’.
While I was nervous about not sending a newsletter this Tuesday (as I claim in my Hero Post), I am learning to make some room for flexibility in my life. I am learning to accept that it’s okay not to chain myself with deadlines when it comes to creativity, and I am finally making peace with the fact that I don’t have to juggle between a million things at a time if it’s not required.
This week, I decided to share with you a collection of all the Notes I have shared in the last few months that have caught people’s attention here on Substack. I hope these Notes can serve as a source of comfort for you in times of chaos, as much as they have for me, so feel free to take what you need…

Thank you for sharing! I understand why so many people resonated with them!
The concept of guilt-free rest is something I have been reflecting on a lot lately. It feels so good to disconnect for a bit and not feel the need to defend my decision to have a little down time.
